Monday 6:30pm: YogaWorks Brooklyn Heights Vinyasa Flow level 2

Wednesday 6:30pm: YogaWorks Brooklyn Heights Vinyasa Flow level 2

Saturday 8:45am: YogaWorks Eastside Vinyasa Flow level 2

Sunday 10:00am: YogaWorks Eastside 90 min Vinyasa Flow level 2

 

 

As a dancer, I came to the practice to cross train and balance my body. I built strength that I never had and immediately became fascinated with the anatomy of the poses. I've studied with Nikki Estrada, Jason Crandell, Annie Carpenter, Rod Stryker and Ally Bogard.  I aim to share simple, approachable ways for each person in my class to feel amazing in their body. My classes are focused, physical, mindful, and rejuvenating.
